With over 30 years of experience we have the knowledge, access and reputation to get your bathroom functioning again far more often then others. We would love to list all the replacement parts we have but half the time when people come to us its normally just a part or a photo and a question “Do you know what this is and do you know if I can still get parts for it”. With Rodney’s wealth of knowledge which is passing on to Dominic there is always going to be someone there to help you.

We have created a dedicated spare parts area to our website with some basic steps to follow when you come to us with these questions. Effectively its pretty simple, take a couple of photos and bring with you any recognisable elements of the product and have some patience as its not always easy.

Some of the questions or items we commonly get are which we try to clear up so that people can get the information they need;

• Yes Friatec parts can still be purchased from us. We place a periodic shipment directly from the supplier and carry the push plates plus …. We won’t always have stock given we have to ship it in directly but we do try and re-order when our stock gets low
• Geberit spare parts for toilets are normally always is stock with us so call in advance if you want to double check but we do normally have them
• Irwell Australis replacement spindles we normally keep in stock. They are not actually made by Irwell anymore but we have been able to find them
• Hansa, Grohe and Hansgrohe cartridges for mixer taps are normally kept in stock as well.
• Zip Boiling Water and Chiller Unit parts are available from us. We carry stock of the main parts that you will require but are also able to order in anything we don’t have
