Kaldewei has introduced several new basins and updates to current basins that take away some of the pain points customers experience when selecting basins and matching it to tapware colours.
Undercounter Basin Additions
The ever-popular Puro undercounter basin range from Kaldewei is now offered with a white overflow. This is fantastic news for your clients as the chrome overflow only option was a barrier to selection because it clashed with the tapware colour. Now that the overflow is in the same finish as the basin, it eliminates this barrier and makes it a smooth conversion to this basin.
The new Cayono undercounter basin is a point of difference thanks to its overly generous internal depth. This means it is a great basin for using it in a bathroom/laundry combination area or if you like filling your basin for specific activities like shaving and face washing. Given the large front to back measurement, this basin suits tapware to be installed on the wall or to the side of the bowl, not behind.
The Object R and Q basins are a versatile addition which can be undermounted or dropped onto the bench with a tap hole at the back. Drop in basins are a particularly cost-effective way of reducing overall building costs because the cut out does not need to be as accurate.
Above Counter Additions
The Miena basin range has had an update that is not noticeable from the outside, but is very important from the bottom. The cut-out for the basin is now much smaller which means the cost to cut the stone has been reduced and if the basin ever needs to be replaced, the hole size is a normal fit. The Miena range has also introduced a 310mm wide basin that suits vanities that are 460mm or less.
Drop In Bath Additions
The Cayono is Kaldewei’s most popular bath in Australia and now comes with no overflow in the 1500mm, 1600mm, 1700mm and 1800mm size.
