Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it in & unused. It must also be in the original packaging we supplied you with.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that was provided.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as they will not accept your refund and you will be liable for the cost of shipping to get the item to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Cartridges, Spindles, Toilet Seats and Shower Heads that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sydneybathroomware.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have defects or are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sydneybathroomware.com.au and send your item to: 537 Elizabeth St Sydney NSW Australia 2010.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 252 Mitchell Road, Alexandria NSW Australia 2010.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time to receive your exchanged product from us.
Please also provide a written reason as to why you have returned the items with your name & date signed at the bottom

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

We only collect information that is relevant to your order. This includes your:

Shipping Policy
Turnaround from day of order
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am – 3:30pm via Standard Australia post.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders to customers:

Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped we will email you the proof of shipment email from Australia Post which has a link for the tracking number for your product.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all domestic shipping  for items that are listed on our website with this price. Whereby a larger order is shipped that incurs additional cost we will contact you to discuss before we release your order and offer you a full refund if you don’t wish to proceed. International shipping is separate charge that we will need to discuss over the phone or via email. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
