We have had an increase in customer questions relating to concerns about ordering products online from Victoria. This is a very understandable question and I will answer this below.

Answer: We utilise Australia Post and TNT who are both critical services and integral to the distribution of product across the country. Hence, there is no problems for Victorians to order product online and you may see a delay of 1-2 working days but you will still receive parcels as per usual with no problems.

We wish all of our Victorians the safest possible 6 weeks and we are here for any concerns you may have in regards to product whilst in Stage 4 lockdown.
