We have moved the Maya under the primary DADOquartz® brand to reflect its true heritage. What sets the Maya apart is its Double-Skinned Wall Construction.

• Heat Retention: The thicker profile acts as a thermal battery. Once the stone warms up, it radiates heat back into the water, providing a “Hot Stone Therapy” experience that keeps your bath water at the perfect temperature for longer.

• Ergonomic Comfort: The internal curvature is designed for a deep, supportive soak, offering ample room while maintaining a compact 1710mm footprint.

• Solid Throughout: Like all our DADOquartz® products, the Maya is 100% solid stone. There are no gel-coats to crack and no hollow cavities.

Crafted in South Africa from a unique blend of resin and quartz, the Maya (SBM061) is as much a sculpture as it is a bathtub.

• Silky Tactile Finish: The surface is naturally satin-smooth, providing a luxurious feel against the skin that is warmer to the touch than traditional acrylic or steel.

Bespoke Hand-Finished Artistry

The DADOquartz® Maya is now available in our exclusive Aarde Finish Collection.

• Q: Does the double-skin wall make it harder to install?

  • A: No. While it provides a thicker look and better insulation, the installation process is identical to a standard freestanding bath. It even allows for a more stable base on the bathroom floor.

• Q: Can I buff out scratches?

  • A: Yes! Because it is solid DADOquartz® all the way through, any minor surface damage can be gently sanded and buffed back to its original factory finish.

• Q: How heavy is it when full?

  • A: The bath is 100kg empty and holds 195L. When full, the total weight is approx 295kg plus the bather. We recommend checking with your builder for upper-floor installations.
