How to identify your Kludi Logo Cartridge: Before ordering, remove your mixer handle (using the grub screw) and look at the top of the cartridge stem:
35mm (This Part): The stem that the handle slides onto is made of translucent (clear/white) plastic.
46mm: The stem is a solid metal pin.
If you see a plastic stem, this 75605 cartridge is the correct 35mm replacement for your Kludi Logo basin, shower, or wall diverter mixer.
Genuine Kludi 75605 Spare Part The Kludi Logo range is a staple of high-quality bathroom tapware. This 35mm ceramic disc cartridge is the “engine” for the majority of Kludi Logo basin mixers and shower valves.
Read this if you have a Shower/Bath Diverter Mixer:
Replace the Cartridge (This Part): If your tap is dripping from the spout or showerhead when turned OFF.
Replace the Diverter: If water is leaking out of the showerhead while you are filling the bath (or vice versa) while the tap is ON.
The Fix: If you have a cross-flow issue, you need the Kludi Diverter Pin Assembly instead of this cartridge.
Common Replacement Indicators:
The Drip: Water continues to leak from the spout or showerhead when the handle is in the ‘off’ position.
Stiffness: The handle becomes difficult to move or feels “gritty” when adjusting temperature.
Handle Damage: If you had to use significant force to remove a seized handle, we also recommend replacing the Kludi Logo Sleeve and checking the Lock Nut Clamp Screw.
Q: Water is coming out of both my bath spout and shower at the same time. Will this fix it?
A: No. That issue is caused by a failing diverter mechanism. You likely need the Kludi Diverter Pin Assembly. This cartridge only fixes leaks that happen when the tap is supposed to be fully off.
Q: Is this a genuine Kludi part?
A: Yes. This is the 100% genuine Kludi 75605 cartridge imported from Germany. Using generic 35mm cartridges often leads to poor handle fitment and premature failure.
Q: Why is my handle so hard to remove?
A: Mineral deposits can “weld” the handle to the plastic stem. Spray a little WD-40 into the grub screw hole and let it sit before attempting to pull the handle off.
