In-House Control: We do not use third-party logistics (3PL) companies. Your order is picked, packed, and checked by our own experts at our Mortdale Trade Hub.

2. Click & Collect (Mascot & Mortdale)

We offer two distinct pickup experiences tailored to your needs:

Mascot Flagship Showroom (Technical Hub): * Best for: Boutique items, spare parts, and design consultations.
- The Advantage: Access to on-hand technical help. Bring your old parts in, and our experts (including Rodney’s 40 years of archives) will ensure you have the exact match before you leave.
- Urgent Spares: We welcome Uber/Courier pickups for plumbers. If you’re stuck on-site, order the part and send an Uber—we’ll have it ready.
Mortdale Trade & Logistics Hub (Primary Warehouse):
- Best for: Bulky items (baths, vanities), large trade orders, and Valsir system components.
- The Advantage: Direct access to our main inventory with easy loading for vans and trucks.

3. Nationwide Shipping (Australia & New Zealand)

We ship our specialized range of bathroomware and technical spare parts to every corner of Australia and across to New Zealand.

Small Items & Spares: Shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack with full tracking.
Bulky & Fragile Goods: Handled by specialized couriers to eliminate “transit trauma.”
B2B / TNT Option: For our trade and business partners, we can provide TNT Shipping upon request for reliable business-to-business delivery.

4. The Valsir Exclusive Guarantee

As Australia’s exclusive partner for Valsir, we maintain a dedicated stock of technical components at our Mortdale hub. We offer express dispatch to minimize downtime on-site for plumbers and builders nationwide.

5. Important Delivery Information

Site Readiness: For bulky deliveries, please ensure an abled person is on-site to assist. Deliveries are “kerbside” or ground floor only.
24-Hour Inspection: Please inspect your items within 24 hours of arrival. We must be notified of any discrepancies within this window to ensure a swift replacement.
Licensed Installation: To maintain your warranty, all technical bathroomware and Valsir components must be installed by a licensed plumber.
